Location. The Hotel Sofitel Minneapolis located in Bloomington, Minn., is 10 miles from the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. The famed Mall of America is six miles away. The 1920's style Chez Collette offers French provincial cuisine in an exciting atmosphere while La Fougasse specializes in Mediterranean meals in an ambience of brightly colored tiles, fireplaces and an open demonstration kitchen. During warmer months, La Fougasse offers patio dining. A fitness center provides extra towels for guest convenience. Massage treatment rooms are on site.
