Location. The Par A Dice Hotel Casino overlooks the Illinois River and is adjacent to East Peoria's (Ill.) Riverboat Casino. The hotel is three miles from the Peoria Civic Center and two miles from the Caterpillar World Headquarters. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to local casino attractions.
