The Hilton Edinburgh Airport is a modern hotel situated within the airport boundaries, six miles from the Edinburgh city centre. This three storey hotel features 150 modern guestrooms decorated in light hues with contemporary furnishings and equipped with satellite TV with pay movies and video games, PlayStations, Internet connections, radios, tea and coffee making facilities and minibars. The hotel provides a free courtesy bus from the airport terminal to the hotel. It is also possible to walk. Frequent daily bus services run from the bus station adjacent to the Terminal to the central Edinburgh bus terminus at Waverley Bridge. Taxis are also available from a taxi rank adjacent to the Terminal. An Airsaver ticket covers a single fare, plus same day unlimited travel on Lothian buses on arrival in the city. Taxis can be hailed in the street. The centre of Edinburgh is best explored on foot.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow directions from the car park to the exit, and the hotel can be seen by the road on the way out.
