Location. The Citymar Apartamentos Mar y Golf is a seven storey resort complex sited next to Playa Serena Golf Course and 300 metres from a sandy beach. Almer�a Airport (LEI) is 35 kilometres away and can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.

Hotel Features. The Citymar Apartamentos Mar y Golf offers indoor and outdoor pools, complete with a swim up bar and a separate splash pool for children. Other health and relaxation facilities include a gym, solarium and spa tub. Hot and cold drinks are served in the coffee shop, which overlooks the pool area and hosts live entertainment in the evenings. Further amenities include a hair salon, a games room and laundry. Complimentary outdoor parking is available on site, and garage parking is also offered (surcharge).

A variety of buffet dishes are served in Restaurant Bellavista, which is open for breakfast and dinner and features show cooking.

The hotel offers entertainment and activities for all ages, including a mini club for children aged 4 10 and a junior sports programme for 10 16 year olds. The resort also offers a programme of sporting and social activities for adults, including live music and games in the evening.

Guestrooms. The 144 air conditioned apartments over seven floors have bright, modern decor and extend to balconies. All comprise one or two bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting rooms with kitchenettes. Amenities include satellite television, refrigerators, microwaves and safes.

Expert Tip. Tabernas, 36 kilometres away, is home to three film sets, Mini Hollywood, Decorados and Rancho Leone, which featured in classic movies such as Fistful of Dollars and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Mini Hollywood is now entirely given over to a spaghetti western theme park featuring authentic looking wooden houses, a saloon, bank, church and school house. Shoot outs and stunt shows are staged here, and a zoo and an African museum have opened nearby.
