The Aparthotel Regina Mar is an apartment complex set in palm filled gardens and situated 300 metres from the Playa del Ingles. The 133 apartments have modern decor in fresh bright pastel colours with light wood furnishings. All apartments have separate kitchenettes with cooking stoves and refrigerators, and living and dining areas with sofabeds. Balconies or terraces are furnished with tables and chairs, and apartments include satellite television, telephones, and safes.

Guests can relax in the lounge area, which has sofas, armchairs and a television, or enjoy a game of pool or mini golf. Palm fringed terraces with sun beds surround the outdoor lagoon style swimming pool and children's pool, and there is a jetted tub next to the pool. The Regina Mar Restaurant has a self service system and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving local, American, Italian and Chinese dishes. The Regina Mar Bar is situated next to the pool area and serves a wide selection of beers and refreshments. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and staff can assist with transport and entertainment as well as with tourist advice for day trips in the local area. Guests can stroll to the shopping centres La Sandia and Yumbo, 100 and 200 metres from the hotel respectively. The Maspalomas Golf course is 600 metres away. Las Palmas Airport is 35 kilometres miles from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.

Taxis are available outside the Arrivals area. A taxi to the hotel will cost approximately 28 EUR. There are frequent bus services between the airport and the capital, as well as other destinations on the island. The airport shuttle costs approximately 2.50 EUR per person. Bus no.60 runs to Las Palmas for Parque de San Catalina and Parque de San Telmo. Bus no.66 runs to Faro de Maspalomas. Bus services depart from outside the Arrivals halls of zones A and C.
