Location. The Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel and Spa is located in the Portuguese resort town of Cascais and overlooks the Bay of Cascais. It lies 10 kilometres from Sintra, a World Heritage Site, and 25 kilometres from Lisbon.

Hotel Features. This five storey hotel is housed in a splendid mansion, once the home to King Humberto II of Italy, and now lovingly restored and modernised. There are two outdoor seawater swimming pools with a poolside bar, and also a children's pool, as well as a kids' club and a playground. The hotel's Real Spa Marine offers fitness equipment, a steam room and a sauna, plus a range of alternative therapy and massage treatments. Beauty treatments are available and there is a hair salon.

The Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel and Spa's restaurant serves Portuguese specialities in a smart, modern setting.
