Hotel Features. A contemporary hotel, The OREA Hotel Santon offers tranquillity and beauty of the Brno nature reserve, and quick access to Brno with its facilities and sights. The hotel also has complimentary parking, and there is a safe deposit box at the front desk.

OREA Hotel Santon features the Panorama Restaurant, a contemporary design, overlooking the lake and the surrounding nature reserve. Meals can be taken on the terrace in summer, when barbecues and smoked specialities are available. Regional and French dishes are also served at lunchtime and in the evening. Complimentary breakfast is available from the buffet. There is also a day bar.

The hotel has conference rooms catering for up to 220 delegates.

The hotel offers sightseeing tours by boat on the Brno Lake, with stop at the Veveri Castle. There is also a wellness centre on site with swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, and massage. Expert Tip. The Reduta Theatre, 10 kilometres from the hotel, was built in 1605 and is one of the oldest theatres in Moravia. In 1767, Mozart performed here at just eleven years old.

From Brno Turany Airport (BRQ):
Distance to OREA Hotel Santon is 20 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. A range of car rental offices are located in the terminal. Taxis are waiting outside; a journey to the hotel costs 400 CZK. Bus number 75 runs from the airport to Brno's main railway station. From the railway station take tram number 1 direction Bystrc and alight at Pristavni.

Getting around.The historical centre of Brno can be easily explored by foot. Brno has an efficient public transport system. Tickets can be bought in advance, either a 10 or 40 minutes ticket or a 24 hour pass. For short trips, buses are recommended rather than trains, as they are faster. Euroline buses cover longer distances, such Czech Republic to Germany.

Driving directions. Driving along the D1 direction Prague, take exit 190.
After the tunnel follow signs to Svitavy.
Follow the blue orange signs to Hotel Santon Wellness.
