Location. The Atrium Hotel is located in Split, Croatia, next door to the Diocletian aqueduct and one kilometre from the nearest bus stop. Bacvice beach and Marjan Hill are two kilometres from the hotel, while Split Kastela Airport (SPU) is 20 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Built on top of the remains of the ancient Diocletian aqueduct, the Atrium Hotel makes extensive use of marble and glass in architectural harmony. The hotel offers a 24 hour concierge desk to assist guests with organising excursions. There is a wellness centre featuring an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and fitness centre. Skin treatments and massages are available in the treatment room.
A complimentary full American breakfast is available each day at the Atrium Hotel. Restaurant Cardo serves traditional Dalmatian dishes for lunch and dinner. The City Bar offers coffee, hot drinks, alcoholic drinks, and cocktails. There is 24 hour room service.
There are three meeting rooms for up to 120 people. Multilingual staff can assist with organising meetings and there is a dedicated business centre available for business guests. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.
Guestrooms. The Atrium Hotel's 99 air conditioned guestrooms are on seven floors. Decor is in carefully selected colours, with a mixture of marble, wood, glass and metal to give a modern, metropolitan feel. Amenities include flat screen televisions with satellite channels, minibars, safes, and direct dial phones. Private bathrooms feature terrycloth bathrobes and slippers, luxury amenities by GFL and hair dryers.
Expert Tip. Diocletian's Palace was built by the emperor Diocletian between the third and fourth centuries AD. Located one kilometre from the hotel, the palace is one of the most famous architectural constructs on the Croatian Adriatic coast.

From Split Kastela Airport (SPU):
Distance to Atrium Hotel is 20 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis cost 200 HRK (30 EUR) to central Split and journey time is about 30 minutes. There are two separate bus stations in Split, for local and for long distance buses. Bus number 37 leaves from the airport for the local station regularly. Tickets cost 19 HRK. Croatia Airlines operates a bus to Obala Lazareta (on the sea front) shortly after arrivals. Journey time is about 30 minutes and tickets cost 30 HRK. The hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Much of Split's town centre is pedestrianised and easily explored on foot. There is an extensive network of buses operating throughout the town and buses run from 5 a.m. to around midnight. Bus tickets can be bought at kiosks (tisaks) or on the bus, and cost 8 HRK for a single journey in the central zone and 18 HRK for all four zones.
